Star India, to Launch ,Star Utsav Movies ,instead of ,Star Gold Romance Star India will be launching Star Utsav Movies instead of Star Gold Romance channel, Star Movies Utsav is expected to be launching in May-June 2016 and it will be available on DD Free dish platform.
